July 10th 2021 a group of 11 adults journeyed up to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area (BWCA). The group was made up by mostly members of Grace but were able to welcome a couple other folks to our group. We had two groups travel in separately but were both able to find campsites on Caribou Lake after paddling in from entry point 64 on the west end of East Bearskin Lake.
Thee nights were spent in the BWCA where everyone had the chance to join together in fellowship, bible study, meals over the camp stove (a fire ban was in place), fishing, chasing bears away from the campsites, viewing of Johnson Falls and just spending time relaxing in nature.
We're excited to be offering future trips to the Boundary Waters for all ages.
